Mr. Stephens is familiar with resort towns like Destin. Prior to moving to Destin, Mr. Stephens practiced law in Vail, Colorado, focusing mostly in real estate, business and construction law. Mr. Stephens worked for Vail Resorts Ski Company who owns and operates Vail Ski Mountain and was in charge of licensing, leases and trademarks. Mr. Stephens understands high end resort areas and these real estate markets. Mr. Stephens is very competitive as he was on scholarship for both basketball and baseball in college and was awarded Student Athlete of the Year at Orange Coast College in 1983-1984. He graduated from The University of San Diego School of Law. Due to his competitive nature, he will do what is needed to get the job done for his clients!
